My son got this for christmas. no instructions included. The first thing you have to do is unwrap the crane. It is covered with a plastic bag, and tie. We ended up placing this toy upside down, and taking all the screws out of the top. So we got the bag and tie off, then we put in the goodies. I was sure it would not work after all that, but it does. The music is pretty loud, so you know when it is being played. (If you over fill it, crane won`t work) We like it.

If you want something that just sits and looks like a claw machine, then this is the product for you! If you want an actual working model, don't waste your money. Mine didn't work at all and some of the stickers on the machine were even upside down... I definately feel like i wasted my money.
