September 20, 2006
The power and purpose of grace is one of the most powerful forces in the universe. No matter what we have experienced, or what choices we have made, God never gives up on us. The Grace Factor explores the power of God and exposes the purpose of why God gave us grace and what role it should play in our personal lives and in our mandate to reach the world with the love of the Creator. Nothing can separate us from the love and fellowship of our Creator.

When I was reading through the book, the love of God poured from the pages, challenged my thinking, tore down my walls and opened me up to unlimited possibilities. I could not help but think that many lives would be touched, changed and come to God through this book!

5.0 out of 5 stars The Grace Factor by Dr. Barry Cook, December 8, 2010
This review is from: The Grace Factor (Paperback)
Dr. Barry Cook is very insightful and sensitive to not taking for granted that everyone knows what he is speaking of as many of us do when surrounded by an audience of people in the same place supposedly for the same reasons. It seems as though he realizes this throughout his teachings which is so very helpful when you have the desire to truely understand, Dr. Cook takes you there.

Methodically, he paints the picture in a first glance stance then breaks it down to the nitty gritty touching the many unspoken expressions of the heart, moments which had been burdened and buried one may be afraid to admit ever having to deal with. Sometimes we don't have a guide through the difficult and unexplainable. The Grace Factor is becoming a guide for me offering a deeper knowledge and courage to regain the strength and boldness temporarily lost while being ground to dust. It should be called, 'The Pick-Me-Up Factor'~

I know when I can wrap my mead around something and understand it, I won't go there again. The Grace Factor helps you wrap your understanding around the message of Gods Grace and quickly becomes a catalyst to the boldness and joy we were meant to live in.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Grace Factor Review, November 9, 2010
This review is from: The Grace Factor (Paperback)
In this day in age where our core beliefs of who really is God and our core beliefs in ourselves is sometimes shaken, comes a book that gives hope, life and illuminating power.I found The Grace Factor to be a text book classic of the meaning and understanding of the word "Grace". It is theologically sound as well as inspirational and imaginative. Grace in the Gospel is revealed in such way that it leaves the reader empowered in their spiritual walk, and it answers many questions for the seeker of truth searching for forgiveness. It is a must read for a foundational understanding of biblical principles. Share this book with your bible students and small group classes and enjoy the journey.
