About the Author

Adam and Jo have over 30 years martial arts teaching experience between them. They have black belts and teaching qualifications in a number of martial arts, both competative and traditional. Both are qualified and practicing hypnotherapists and NLP practitioners who have been using Hypnotic techniques in thier teaching, training and with private clients for over 10 years. Adam is a qualified teacher, manager and trainer he has a PhD in the Psychological and Philospical aspects of Learning through Communication. Jo is a qualified and practising paramedic and is co-trainer with Adam on sorts Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy training courses that they run throughout the country

For starters the book is WAY OVER PRICED. You're not going to learn anything new if you have even the slightest training in either hypnosis or the martial arts.(I have nearly 30 years training in the martial arts and 15 years in hypnosis.) There are so many better books on mental training out there that I'm not even going to make a suggestion about what else to buy...practically any one of them will be better than this.

Worst of all was that the "book" itself was poorly put together. Page after page would end mid-sentence and leave you wondering what you missed when you went to the next page. So even if this collection had something to offer you can't figure out what those ideas might be.

This is the first book that I would actually rate a as a negative star.

Every 'serious' Martial Arts coach & instructor should have this fantastic book!!!

It's a book that you don't just read and put on the bookshelf - instead it is an "Interactive book" - for anyone with desire to learn HOW to really teach their 'students' to improve their skills to their fullest potential in the absolute shortest possible amount of time!!!

It takes a coach whos #1 Goal is to 'produce' the ABSOLUTE BEST Martial Artists and athletes within their discipline...

In other words a 'humble mind' and the ability to put your own EGO aside while seeing your students as they at an Absolute Amazing SPEED Develope their Excellence is the 'mindset' the coaches and instructors MUST be equipped with when they have this book in their hands...

The reason is simple - your ego must be happy and feel joy when you see some of your students at a TRULY amazing speed superseed your own skills..!
