The product arrived well packaged and very secure (Graco packaging). Assembly took less than 5 minutes. There were no missing parts and instructions were very clear with illustrative diagrams.

The product appears and feels well made, especially at this price point a day before I wrote this review. Typical stamped metal (not too thin), plastic, and what seems to be decent quality cloth and padding. I did note however rivets were used instead of bolts throughout the product. This may be the major weakness of the product.

Assembly consists of the following (no tools required but you will need a knife to cut two plastic ties securing the handle):

1. Removing all packing material
2. attaching a total of six wheels by snapping them into place
3. attaching the plastic storage compartment (attaches to rear handle), cup tray, and front cup tray
4. place car seat component in the stroller

This stroller is made for dolls. Therefore , it is not rated to hold 100 pounds. However, It appears able to handle at least 40 pounds or so. The stroller itself easily fits a large American Girl doll. However, the car seat component is much smaller and barely holds the same doll. There is ample storage underneath the stroller as well as compartments near the rear handle. The entire stroller folds up just like the larger real strollers. Makes travel and storage a little easier.

At a decent price point, this item provides exceptional value. I see this stroller easily lasting another two years, even with the abuse my daughter dishes out. But- I see it much more likely breaking due to abuse by larger girls who want to sit in it and be pushed around. This already happened once.

In summation, good product; though some other reviewers were not as happy with the item.

I had to return this product twice. The first stroller I received had a hole in the undercarriage and a defective snack tray. The second stroller had what looked like rust stains on the material and a hole in the retractable sun shade. Third stroller was a charm! Amazon was absolutely AMAZING on fixing my problem. You do not get that great of customer service when ordering from other places. My two year old daughter LOVES the stroller...very cute pattern and color. I did recommend this item to a friend who will be purchasing one for Christmas.

I ordered this stroller and carseat for my almost 4 year old daughter and when the item arrived the stroller handle foam was ripped and there were parts missing. The carseat is very cheap plastic and is not in the same size ratio as the stroller it's much much smaller. The stroller it self has more plastic the metal and is very cheaply made. The doll tray on the stroller has to be removed before the stroller can fold very frustrating. Also the stroller is very hard to steer on any surface. The wheels get stuck and don't stay forward. The tires are plastic like I think that is by the stroller has a hard time steering. The seat adjust by making a clicking noise that is very loud and something that will wear out over time. Also the fabric is supported by cardboard so the first time it gets wet it will fall apart. Graco makes some great baby items for REAL babies but they are very horrible at making them for dolls. They take the cheap way out. This stroller and carseat needs to be made with more strength as children are harder on their things then parents are. Childrend toys should be built to last. This indeed is not. Grace you need to make this stroller exactly like you make the parents model. Also the older blue model graco quarrel tour stroller for dolls is more durable then this one but not much. That is the whole reason for this purchase is for my daughter to have a stroller like her friends blue one and to be like mom. Also the colors on this stroller and carseat are dull!!! They are a boring grim grey and lame pink. I refuse to buy another Doll product from GRACO!!
