GREAT SEAT!!,
This review is from: Graco ComfortSport Convertible Car Seat with Graco Pedic Foam, Wheaton (Baby Product)
I spent hours looking for the right car seat for my son and came to this one. It has an extra cushion in it called "Gracopedic Foam" kind of like memory foam. My son loves it. The only thing I wish I could change is when hes asleep his head leans forward, but that appearntly happens with all the seats in its class. Bottom line its a great seat for the money. I bought 2!

25 pounds and too big for seat!,

We bought this seat to have at grandma's house so we wouldn't have to lug a seat through the airport. My son is 20 months and at 34 inches and 25 pounds the straps are too short to even buckle. I wouldn't mind if I had thought this seat would have lasted until 40 pounds, but clearly it doesn't. We have a Britax at home and for a hundred dollars more it is so much better and feels much safer and more secure with plenty of room to grow! Sometimes you get what you pay for!

Too short,
This review is from: Graco ComfortSport Convertible Car Seat with Graco Pedic Foam (Baby Product)
There's only a few good things about this seat. It can be easy to install in some vehicles. In other vehicles, it is very difficult to get it properly secured. The harness adjuster is very smooth. There are only three harness slots, and the top slots are very low. The shell is also very short. With a 30 pound rear-facing weight limit, and a 40 pound front-facing weight limit, many children outgrow the seat forward-facing by height before they are even old enough to sit forward facing. It will get almost no child to anywhere near 40 pounds. Most children outgrow this seat, both rear- and forward-facing, by the time they are two years old.My own very petite 10 month old only has a few inches left to grow in hers before it will be outgrown (both rear- and forward-facing). I use it as a backup/spare seat for now, but its days are numbered.

Nice car seat but the straps are a pain.,

The car seat is okay for the price. I do not like the straps though and I had the same problem with the Graco infant one as well. When I go to tighten them, one side tightens more than the other and they do not come with shoulder pads so if my child does not have on a jacket it digs in her neck. It also does not recline so when my child falls asleep her head drops forward sometimes. It seems comfortable for the most part. KG

bought this for a plane ride. fit in the airplane seat and made the ride more comfortable for my 14 mo old.looks comfy - lots of padding. seat straps are hard to adjust, but overall this is a good car seat for the price.

With LATCH, installation in our Honda CR-V is E-Z! To get it tight, just pull on the belt, using your body for leverage, then pull the free end. Do this three times and it'll be quite taut.As for comfort, this one seems softer than other models, at least at this price. Even the lower priced ComfortSport seems hard. I didn't even want to try the baby on that one. This one has the right combination of comfort, ease of installation, and PRICE. Plus, Graco has my confidence up to this point. By the way, this item was shipped via UPS, and came with a 30-lb package destined for Meijer grocery --- sealed INSIDE. Huh? Just a funny story.

Disappointing Graco product,
This review is from: Graco ComfortSport Convertible Car Seat with Graco Pedic Foam (Baby Product)
I bought this car seat after my baby outgrew the previous car seat. The previous seat was great, so I chose Graco again. However, the straps on this car seat are not even, so if one side is tight, the other side is loose. That seems like a serious safety concern to me. And it's nearly impossible to get my baby's arms into the seat after tightening the strap (the one side) properly. I'm returning this seat, as I'm tired of fighting it. On the plus side, I liked the heavy plastic re-usable bag it came in.

I just substituted my daughter's Graco Snugrider with this car seat and she loves it! She falls asleep in it every time we ride in the car. Makes for peaceful car rides. Easy to install too.

One of the best car seat,

Compared to our other Eddie Bauer, this Graco fits our child much better, the Eddie Bauer may "look" more appealing but the Graco cradles our child much more securely, etc. I believe this Graco car seat competes with the other top $300 car seats. One would never otherwise know by looking at this plain grey model, however thankfully Graco has released other more appealing patterns.

Great Car Seat!,
This review is from: Graco ComfortSport Convertible Car Seat with Graco Pedic Foam, Westcliffe (Baby Product)
I love this car seat! It is very easy to use and very comfortable for baby. We recently went on a road trip that was 12 hours each way and our son did great! The only thing I don't like is that it will not fit in our Cavalier rear-facing. We have not tried it front-facing yet, so I don't know if it works that way or not. Definitely be aware if you have a small vehicle. It works great in our other vehicle though!
