Graco Doll Umbrella Stroller with Canopy

This stroller is difficult to fold. I end up pinching my fingers 90% of the time and my mother and mother-in-law can't even fold it. The seat part has to slipped onto the bars once unfolded. However, it's a very loose fitting and keeps coming off. Then my daughter sees me fixing it, thinks it's a game and keeps pulling back off again. I take this stroller to the park where there are usually 5 other kid doll strollers around. All the other strollers are much more durable.

I bought the Graco doll stroller without the canopy from Toys R Us. My daughter loves it so much, I had to pull over on the way home and let her hold it because she wouldn't stop crying. Within an hour of getting it home, one of the top loops holding the seat on tore completely off. OK, I can understand that the stroller is cheap and not well made. But what has really made me angry is that I went to the Graco products website to complain and ask them to send me a replacement seat, and I keep getting an error message that there's a problem submitting my complaint. I thought it was just one day, so I tried again a few days later, and I keep getting the same generic error message that there's a problem. So today I tried calling their customer service line, and it said "due to a high volume of calls, we recommend that you call back later." And they disconnected me! If this is the customer service they provide, I will NEVER purchase anything with the Graco name on it again. My daughter still loves the stroller and pushing it around, even with the lopsided seat, but I'm going to find another doll stroller not made by Graco that she can use.

I had to purchase three(3) identical strollers for 3 yr old triplets. Found two at store had to order the one from amazon.com. It arrived as scheduled and was a perfect match.The girls love them.
