4.0 out of 5 stars Graco Lauren 4 in 1 Dropside convertible crib
The crib was easy to put together. Beautiful white color. Worth every penny spend. The only problem was that the dropsided handle was hard to lift and/or push down, but after a couple days you get used to it.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not Convertible as advertised
Put simply, these convertible cribs are marketed as something they are not. You cannot later convert the crib into a working child bed...without going out and buying a metal bed frame, and box spring. You don't find this out until you purchase the crib. A better title would be "crib which also becomes a headboard only. Even that is laughable -- who has headboards on...

I knew this would be an inexpensive crib, and it seems to work alright, I just wish they would have made a few cosmetic improvements to enhance it. All of the bolts and screws are exposed, which looks really ugly on anotherwise nice looking crib. It was not too hard to assemble, although the headboard part was hard to fit together. On the backside it is really ugly, glad it faces a wall. It will be a few years before we convert it to a daybed, hope it holds up alright.

Put simply, these convertible cribs are marketed as something they are not. You cannot later convert the crib into a working child bed...without going out and buying a metal bed frame, and box spring. You don't find this out until you purchase the crib. A better title would be "crib which also becomes a headboard only. Even that is laughable -- who has headboards on children's beds? This is a savvy marketing trick, to say "Hey, call it convertible and people will buy ours over another crib -- except one side of the crib will become a headboard and they'll have to go purchase the actual bed frame and everything else.

The crib, as far as it goes, is great. The product as advertised, is not.
