5.0 out of 5 stars A necessity
If you are purchasing or have a pack-n-play, these extra sheets are a necessity. Baby will spit up, drop the bottle, lose the sippy cup in the playard, and extras are much more convenient than attempting to immediately wipe down the sheet.

These sheets fit well, wash well, and aren't overly padded so as to be unsafe. All in all, a reasonably priced, high quality...

I had two of these sheets for my first child because that's all I could find at the time. Other reviewers are right on about the quality. VERY thin and not very soft either. You can see the pattern right through them.

I had two of these sheets for my first child because that's all I could find at the time. Other reviewers are right on about the quality. VERY thin and not very soft either. You can see the pattern right through them.

Now that we're expecting our second child any day and she'll be sleeping in the play yard for a long bit, I wanted to see what else was out there.

I found the following brands at BRU, bought one of each and tried them on the bed. Here's what I found:

Nojo: Terrycloth-like fabric. Soft but still a bit thin. They are elasticized though, which is easier to put on and stays on better. There were three colors available at the store (dark blue, light blue, white). Price $9.99

Graco quilted sheet: Very plush, though the fabric is synthetic feeling (I didn't check, but I'd guess poly blend). Most comfortable of any that I tried. Will probably use it under a more natural feeling sheet. Elasticized and stayed on well. Was only available in a dark blue. Most expensive at $14.99

Carter portable crib sheet: Knit fabric. On the thin side, but soft. Stayed on well, was elasticized and came in at least 4 colors (green, white, blue, yellow). Price $7.99

Koala portable crib sheet: Listed thread count of 220 and it felt like a very decent quality. Elasticized, available in a variety of colors (pink, white, blue, green, etc) and one of the cheaper ones out there at $6.99

Overall, I was VERY pleased with the options out there. Highly suggest NOT buying these, but going with an elasticized sheet. Both the Carters and Koala sheets are cheaper and are better quality.

The Pack 'n Play fitted sheets will only be used as under sheets from now on!

2.0 out of 5 stars Cheap, February 23, 2002
This review is from: Graco Pack 'n Play Sheet, White (Baby Product)
These sheets are...very thin, you can see the pattern of the floor through this. If your looking to protect the floor from spit ups and spills this will never do. They are loose fitting which I feel makes them a safety hazard. For a couple dollars more, you can...buy a two pack of pack and play sheets made by Little Tykes. The Little Tykes sheets have elastic on the corners to keep the sheet snug. They are softer and thicker. And are well worth the money. I wish I had never purchased these Graco ones.

3.0 out of 5 stars adequate, but Nojo is better, May 1, 2003
These sheets fit my playard fine but not very tightly, so they sort of slide around & crumple as my baby moves. The sheet I have is "fitted" but not elasticized. I recommend the softer elasticized terrycloth playard sheets made by Nojo (also sold at Babies R Us).

1.0 out of 5 stars Do not buy this sheet., May 21, 2005
I wouldn't let my dog sleep on these sheets. They are of the worst quality imaginable. We took ours back and purchased plain ole porta crib sheets and they fit PERFECTLY. I recommend the Koala Baby name brand porta rib sheet. They are available at BRU and have elastic all the way around, making for a snug fit. And the quality is 1000 times improved over the PNP sheets.

1.0 out of 5 stars don't bother!!, April 24, 2005

don't buy this sheet!! it is not much thicker than a piece of tissue paper! spit up would go right through it.

i have a much better solution for you--buy a couple of sheet savers to use in your pack-n-play. they are a couple of $$ less and are sold as "especially for baby"(which is B-R-US house brand). they are great. i use them for both my son's crib and for the pack n play. they come in a number of colors so you should be able to match them to just about any pattern.

1.0 out of 5 stars Awful - stiff & too loose fitting, August 3, 2004

This sheet, along with the other colors of the same type are awful! Hard & stiff, no matter how many times you wash them, & WAY TOO LOOSE on the pack-n-play mattress. I have had to configure a 'holding' device to secure the sheets snugly from underneath. A much better option *** PORTABLE CRIB SHEETS !! Not only do they fit the same 27" X 39" mattress the play yard sheets say they will fit, & BETTER, they come in a lovely variety of colors & patterns. So avoid these, & get the Koala baby portable crib sheets

1.0 out of 5 stars Paper thin, April 25, 2005
By
I recently purchased two of these sheets and ended up taking them right back. They say they're fitted but they aren't elastic so they're not that well fitted. They are paper thin. Apparently Graco hasn't put these on their pack n plays and observed the quality! I purchased the Koala portable sheets which were cheaper, thicker, and truly are fitted with elastic! Don't waste your money on these.

5.0 out of 5 stars I've never had a problem with these sheets., September 15, 2003
By
Cricket (San Antonio, TX USA) - See all my reviews
I've read a few reviews on these sheets that are just awful. I've heard everything from they wrinkle to they don't stay on to they don't stop spills. People they are sheets! I've never met a sheet for a baby or an adult's bed that can stop spills. Who cares if the sheets get wrinkled. The kid isn't going to get their picture taken in them. He or she will sleep and play on them. If you want your house to be neat, don't have a baby. I've never had a problem with the sheets coming off. I use a playard waterproof matress pad under my graco packNplay sheets. As for the use of the sheets in the bassinet, I honestly never thought of that. I put a fleece blanket in my bassinet. If the kid can't turn over or hold things yet then they can't get under the blanket. We never had a problem with this. Our son grew out of the bassinet by the time he was 4 months old; just in time for him to roll over and start to pick up and hold toys.

4.0 out of 5 stars These really aren't that bad!, January 5, 2004

This review is from: Graco Pack 'n Play Sheet, White (Baby Product)
These were the only sheets that I could find for my Pack 'N Play, and while they are a bit cheap looking, I find that they work just fine. They are pretty thin and they are not elasticized as the manufacturers claim they are on this site, but they function well enough. I live in the desert and my baby was born in August, so the thin (therefore cooler) construction of these sheets was a bonus. However, if you live in a colder place, you might want to try to come up with something a little cozier for your baby. On the whole though, these sheets are fine if you want something to cover the plastic mat of your Pack 'N Play.
