Safe and sound twins,

If you are having twins ths is a must. Perfect spacing and not too deep so it saves your back. The netting around the sides gives added comfort because faces cannot accidently get pressed up against the side.Firm but enough padding to be comfortable. I'd like 2 one upstairs and one down.

We ordered this item from Amazon on a Friday Morning from the hospital and it was delivered on Saturday - the next day with free shipping - unbeatable!
After a quick assembly we were able to bed our twin couple minutes after we came home from the hospital. We use it in the living room during the day when the twins do not nap in their crib. The bassinets offer enough space for each child and keep light out for more a peaceful nap time. Netting around the bottom of each bassinet ensures ample movement of air and prevents kids from sufficating. The color is nice for placing it in living rooms. When the twins grow out of the bassinet part we are planning on using the play yard as it is bigger as other play yards for singeltons. The only cons I can think of is that the mattress pad sinks in in the middle between the bassinets and occasionally we find the twins both rolled into the middle. We are considering putting some kind of support underneath the bassinets to eliminate the dipping.

My husband and I were looking for a "living room" bassinet for our twin babies. After doing extensive research, we bought the Twin Pack n Play. We considered getting a single pack n play, but felt the weight limit (15 lbs for the pack n play in bassinet mode) would preclude us from using it as a portable crib for longer than 1-2 months.
This pack 'n play is considerably bigger than a single. It was fairly easy to assemble, and has 2 "bassinets". Basically it is a single upper mattress, with 2 separate "baby" areas. Each has a canopy cover. The mattress itself is fairly firm. We have not yet washed and used the matching sheets (not included with the purchase). Overall I feel this is a very good option for families with twins. While we have yet to use it with our baby boys, I am sure that they will take many "naps" here!

We bought this for our new twin girls, thinking they would each have a bassinet. Turns out, at only 5.5lbs each, they share one side and we put clothes, blankets, diapers and such in the other side. So, it works out well.
The only thing that I wish it did, is go flat accross with no divider, but at the high level, not on the bottom. So that the girls could play and stretch a bit and still be up a bit to make them easy to reach. Over all, it's great. It's also the only one I found that has the double bassinet, it will come in handy as they grow.

We received this for our twin girls and loved it! They slept together in one side for the first few months (we kept blankets, diapers, etc on the other side); then they each had a side but could still hear/sense each other which they seemed to like. It was a bit challenging the first few times to change the sheet with the bassinets but it did get better with practice. Liked that there were 2 bassinets so the girls could continue to be close togther. Would definitely recommend to someone expecting twins. The only time we travelled the girls were older so we were just using the bottom (and we had to use 2).

Not Portable!,

This thing should be labeled "Setup and Stay"! It is insanely complex to setup and clumsy to carry. Once setup, it seems only marginally stable.
We're expecting twins, so we decided to get this double-bassinet product. However, after trying to set it up and pack it up a few times, we've decided it would be much more practical to use two smaller single bassinet playpens. I was able to setup the single bassinet (Graco Bermuda) within about two minutes. When traveling with it, we will probably opt not to carry all of the accessories -- just the playpen and bassinet. The twin-bassinet Graco Scout takes a good 10 minutes to setup, with clanking parts. It does not offer an easily-portable option, either. You must carry along all of the overly complex and cumbersome parts. Setting this thing up is like building a piece of furniture from Ikea -- HORRIBLE instructions that make no sense and skip steps. If you do get this thing, good luck inserting the wooden divider into the bassinet every time you take it apart! (You'll see what I mean!) The assembly seems like something you should only have to do once and never deal with again -- but that's not the case! You have to go through this nightmare of a setup EVERY time you 'pack'! Instead of this complex twin-bassinet, I would like to see a divider insert for single bassinets -- something to put down the middle to divide it into two. Most twins tend to be a bit smaller initially anyway. The playpen design is great -- a few clicks and the playpen is setup. The bassinets, however, do not have the same great design. They have confusing parts and a lot of work. Honestly, it doesn't look that comfortable or sturdy after it's setup. Don't get this monster! Get two smaller, portable bassinets instead. x_hobbes

great addition to twin must have's, ESPECIALLY when you're first home from the hospital. my twins were preemie and not able to go into a swing or bouncer straight home from the hospital. having this in the living room has been a lifesaver. i also have a 4 year old, 3 year, and 2 year old, and this has been super easy to set the twins in when one of my other little bugs need me in a hurry. the only down fall is that it dips in the middle, causing them to roll toward the divider (a little nerve racking when your babies can't push themselves away from it . . . ). fortunately, you can lift the "mattress" and slip a couple blankets - folded flat and square - under the middle, or place their heads on the outer side so that their feet are at the divider.
Good Luck!!!

Must have for twins!!,
This review is from: Graco Pack 'N Play Playard with Twin Bassinet, Kensington (Baby Product)
This was the one item that I was after when I found out we were having twins. It was worth every penny. We used it for the first few weeks at our bedside until we moved the twins to their cribs. I was worried about safety hazards when I read the reviews that the mattress seemed to tilt towards the middle and that several parents found their twins with their faces pressed into the fabric wall. We have not had this trouble AT ALL. I have also read other complaints that you must buy special sheets separate that fit into the bassinet. I simply used a receiving blanket on each side and tucked it under the edges of the mattress. We have also used it several times on overnight trips. It folds up compactly (I'm not going to say that it's easy, but my husband does all the hard work on that). I would buy this bassinet again and again!!

Graco Pack 'n Play,

It's a great playard. My babies spend hours in this thing napping and playing. Definately a must if you have twins.
Here're some cons (small ones, I still give it 5 stars): *Not a standard size mattress (board). Fitted sheets are available. We use regular size sheet and it works just fine. *It's time consuming to put it together at first but after you master it, it should take little less than 5 min. (for two people; couple mins longer if you do it by yourself) *There's a gap in between the middle separator and the mattress. My girl's fingers got stuck couple of times, nothing serious though. *The mattress seems to bend in the middle but it doesn't cause babies to roll.

PERFECT for twins!,
This review is from: Graco Pack 'N Play Playard with Twin Bassinet, Kensington (Baby Product)
I love this Pack N' Play! My babies slept in the bassinet part for the first 3 1/2 months of their lives. It is very easy to put together and to take apart. I brought this with us on an overnight trip and it worked great! This product is a must have in my opinion, it was worth every penny!
