Full-Size Bassinet for Playtime and Naptime
The Rise and Shine comes with a full-size, super-comfortable bassinet, complete with cozy padding. This is a great place for infants up to 15 pounds to nap peacefully or play with the adorable toy bar, which includes removable soft toys for extra entertainment. The Rise and Shine also features wheels for better mobility in the home--a truly helpful perk if you want to move a sleeping baby to his or her room, or if you're busy around the house and want to keep an eye on baby as you complete your chores.
Safe, User-Friendly Construction
Graco knows that a parent's primary concern is the safety of their child. Recommended for use with children 35 inches tall and weighing less than 30 pounds, the Rise and Shine boasts sturdy and durable construction. Mesh on all four sides of the playard helps improve ventilation, and cleans up quickly and easily with soap and water. The carrying bag cleans up just as easily--machine wash in cold and then drip dry.
The Rise and Shine measures 28.3 x 29.0 x 39.9 inches (WxHxD) and measures 21.1 pounds.
About Graco
In 1942, Russell Gray and Robert Cone formed Graco Metal Products, in Philadelphia, PA. For 11 years, the firm fabricated machine and car parts for local manufacturers. In 1953, Gray left the firm, leaving Cone as sole owner. Cone decided to manufacture his own line of products, but had trouble coming up with ideas. Enter David Saint, an engineer, tinkerer, and stained glass artisan who worked for Graco. Saint, himself a father of nine, was intrigued when an associate told him how his wife would soothe their tired and cranky baby while swinging in a backyard glider swing. Acting on this inspiration, he went to the drawing board and 18 months of hard work later, the world's first wind-up infant swing, the Graco Swyngomatic, was born. Graco sold millions of Swyngomatics in the coming years, becoming one of the world's leading manufacturers of juvenile products in the process. Today, Graco is a Newell Rubbermaid company, with 1500 associates worldwide. While a half-century has brought many changes to Graco, their dedication and commitment to designing and manufacturing top-quality products remains, and continues on.

Three pack and plays from different companies. This one is by FAR the better one. Bonus: It cost the least. Pros: easy to setup, easy to pack up, very sturdy, fairly light and seemingly the most comfortable. Cons: I haven't found one in 21 months despite my daughters hard work to find a flaw.

This review is from: Graco Pack 'N Play Playard with Bassinet and Changer, Margo (Baby Product)
I paid full prcie for this Pack N Play and it was definitely worth the money, so I would say it's a must purchase at this low price. If you've ever assembled a Pack N Play this one works the same way - as long as you follow the directions, it pops up in a snap, but you have to do it exactly right or you'll fight with it for hours. I had a Pack N Play 15 years ago for my oldest daughter and they were much simpler then. Now they have a bassinet, changing table and mobile. Although I've found these "extras" somewhat useful, I did have to take off a star because none of the "extras" fit in the Pack N Play carrier. If you're planning to travel with the crib it packs up nicely, but traveling with the bassinet attachment would be a no go.

This review is from: Graco Pack 'N Play Playard with Bassinet in Rise and Shine (Baby Product)
These Graco Pack N Plays are great. We just bought our 2nd and 3rd ones as grandparents. This newer model is much easier to set up and much easier to take apart with the big release buttons on each of the 4 sides. Don't tell the younger generation but these are very much like the playpens of years ago ... yes, I know ... playpens are out these days as this generation of parents wants to give their kids freedom to move around and go where they want :-) Back to the product: the value for the price is outstanding. These Pack N Plays seem to last forever. Graco Pack N Play with Bassinet The write up ought to say that sheet is no longer included.
