Great Stroller, Great Price,
By Rebecca L "Mom to Three" (St. Louis MO) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Graco Twin IPO Stroller, Navarro (Baby Product)
Great stroller! I researched all doubles for an upcoming trip to Disney (rentals are $30/day). Needed a stroller for my 4 mos. old and 2-1/2 year old with occassional use by my 4-1/2 year old - pleased with the sturdy frame, sleek looks, 50 lb/seat weight capacity. Remember that baskets are for umbrella stroller, they are a good size.
My second choice was a Maclaren Techno or Triumph but couldn't justify the cost and the Graco fit all my needs. Chicco only weighted to 40 lbs/seat and we have not had good results from a Combi single travel system. Pleased with this stroller, my four year old can push it. Cool seat adjusters to lay down and neat the way it switches from five point to three point harness. Easy to collapse and fits nicely in the car.

Not for taller kids,

Just got my stroller yesterday. Put it together very easily. It is very small when folded, but heavy (over 30lbs). seems sturdy...but I just pushed it around my living room. It opens & closes easily.
We bought this for my 4y/o & 1y/o. My 4y/o is only 40lbs, 41 inches. She does not fit in this stroller. It holds her weight fine, but when the seat is reclined, there is a separate little "canopy" attached to the seat that she can't fit her head under. So, to lay in the stroller, she has to slouch down & is very uncomfortable. I was really excited to find this stroller, but it's not going to work for us. We're taking it back.

Seems good so far,
This review is from: Graco Twin IPO Stroller, Navarro (Baby Product)
This stroller steers much better than my double snap and go. It feels nice and sturdy and is a little on the heavy side but that is why we bought it over a combi. It felt like it would be more durable. The shoulder straps attach to the waist clip before it is clipped to the center buckle if that makes sense. It is a little more difficult to get used to at first but getting the child out is a breeze. No squishing arms trying to get them out. I like the flocked feeling handles as opposed to the soft foam that was on my other stroller which snags and gets torn up easily. I am 5'10" and I do kick the wheel a little bit but I will get used to it. It isn't bad enough to worry about.

Did Disney World, what next?,
This review is from: Graco Twin IPO Stroller, Navarro (Baby Product)
We actually bought 2 of these to use at Disney World for our kids, ages 4, 3, 18 months, and 3 months. We wanted something that would accomodate all sizes of kids and steer well with any combination of kids, give everyone an actual seat to sit in (not like a sit and stand), and fold up small to fit on busses. We found the perfect stroller! It folded easily and small, it held all of the kids from the 3 month old to the 44" and 45lb older kids comfortably and steered relatively well. Some things that we especially liked: there was a carry handle on the side so when it was folded up you could pick it up like a suitcase which was especially handy for the busses, it was very easy to fold and unfold, the seats reclined to near flat (the 3 month old spent lots of time in it and never had a problem) and could be reclined or sat up easily with just one hand, and the baskets were adaquately sized, but not huge. It overall was a great little double stroller. It was much sturdier than I was expecting from an umbrella type stroller.
That being said, there were a few negatives. The sunshades are essentailly useless, and the clips to hold them open didn't work very well. They were pretty flimsy and the older kids kept knocking them off of the stroller and then we would have to reattached them. They also kind of got in the way when folding the stroller up, but not a big deal. The other bad thing that we came across was that the wheels in the front have a lever thing that makes the wheels swivel (easy to steer) or lock (tough to steer, but good for offroad). Sometimes the kids with their long legs, or Mommy and Daddy steering too close to an obstacle, would knock those levers into the lock positon and then the stroller would get difficult to steer, so we would have to stop and put the lever thing back. The stroller really isn't too bad to steer when all 3 front wheels are swiveling, but if one of them gets locked it becomes much more difficult. And if you have much weight in the stroller you HAVE to use 2 hands to steer. Since it is an umbrella stroller and has 2 handles instead of a continuos bar there will be no cell phone chats while you steer the stroller, at least not very long ones. Overall, the strollers worked awesome for us at Disney World and I am excited about having one to use for the 2 younger kids as they get older. If you are looking for a small, easy to use double stroller for cruising the mall, going to the zoo, etc I would definitely recommend this one.

We are really pleased wit this stroller. It is at the same time strong to carry two big children (in our case of 4 yr and 1 yr) and easy to fold and unfold. I recommend it widely.

I've tended to be a fan of Graco. I think they make good products that seem to last so that's why I bought this stroller. It looked much like the MacLarens I had seen and tried, but at half the cost.
I have a two year old and a one year old so a double stroller really seemed like a "necessity". I really like how the stroller folds so small, smaller than my single (Graco Metrolite). The seats also recline so they can allow for an infant. It will not hold a car seat though so I guess some would see that as a drawback. If you are tall, you might hit your feet on the wheels. I'm 5 foot 7 inches and I rarely do. I walk, jog, and rollerskate with this one. The stroller has a "carrying handle" on the side, but I found the stroller's too heavy to really carry that far. It is great for using as an "accompanying toddler handle" though. When I babysit, I put the baby and the 1 year old in the stroller and my two year old holds on to "her handle". The baskets work well if you carry maybe some extra clothes, diapers, and a cup/bottle, but they don't hold much more. I have a backpack for my two and I just keep it on my back instead of putting it in the stroller. One thing that I've noticed is that the wheels are wearing down quickly. I think it's just because I walk/jog/skate about 10-15 miles per week and it's probably not designed for that. I probably should have gotten a jogging stroller for my activity level, but my car trunk wasn't big enough to accommodate one!

I couldn't find a review on this stroller when I wanted to buy it so I felt I should write one. We bought it as our 6th (!) stroller when we needed a double stroller that could travel well. Since I have others, I did NOT want to spend very much so was balking at the prices of the Maclaren doubles. In my opinion, this one is just as good for a lot less money. We were happy with it in every way. It folds up very easily and is lightweight; it has hooks that keep it closed when it is folded up. It steers easily and fits through most doorways; has good storage underneath. My 32 pound 3 year old and my 20 pound one year old both were very comfortable in it. It doesn't have cup holders or snack trays but really you can't add on extras like those and expect it to still be lightweight. The only negative is that one of the two hooks that keeps it closed when folded up has already broken off after just 2 weeks of use, but this could have been our fault if we didn't close it properly before putting it on an airplane. All in all, very pleased with this purchase.

I love this stroller. It's so easy to use compared to my other double stroller. It's not as lightweight as I hoped for but I'm completely happy with my purchase. I just wish I bought this earlier.

I just got my stroller yesterday and I love it. It steer very easy and it balances out the weight between my 2year old and my 11 month old especially seeing that my 2 year old is on the heavy side; I cant feel her weight at all. So far it is a great walking stroller seeing that I walk my older two to school each morning. opening and closing is a breeze. It could use more storage space but overall am very happy with my purchase. And it look very cute so that a bonus for me.

This is the perfect compact double stroller at an afforable price. It manuveurs very well and the handles have a nice and smooth padding. The reclining seats are so easy to move up and down. The overhead canopies are a good size and block out the sun. I am still getting used to opening the stroller up (have only used it a few times so far) but breaking it down is a breeze. It's a bit heavy, but that is to be expected, yet the side handle does make it easy to carry when it is in its folded position. The storage bins under the seats aren't too big but can hold medium sized bags and purses. There are no cup holders or pouches for keys, cell phones, etc., but clip-on accessories and holders can remedy that. Overall, we are extremely happy with this stroller. It looks great, moves well, and our kids love it.
