As far as coca tea goes, this is it. Macmate has a subtle green color, an aromatic grassy scent and a refreshing herby flavor. I found it really has many of the attributes it is credited with, and the new resealable packaging helps to keep it fresher for longer than individual paper wraps. I have just received my second delivery, and I will order again, and again, and again...

Drinking this tea in the morning before you go to work is like being up 4 to nothing in the 2nd inning.....yes sometimes I still lose the game....but being up 4 nil every morning I win far more then i lose.

A grade Coca Tea is made with Baby Coca Leaves instead of the traditional mature leaves, the flavor is strong still sweet and fresh.
Higher the coca plantation better the coca quality, more alkaloids and stronger the brew. Highland coca is produced in greenhouse and terraces instead of open fields.

I got the product I wanted in a nice time plus free samples of similar products! Thanks! Now if only my boyfriend didn't drink it all...

The first time I bought coca tea I bought Delisse and was very satisfied by its flavor and its underlying properties. When it was time to buy more, I decided to go with this brand due to the "A-Grade" in the title and some of the positive customer reviews.

This tea is nowhere near as tasty as Delisse and is completely ineffective at the rejuvenatory things coca tea has a reputation for, much less so than a regular cup of coffee. Just tasted like dirty water.

I also don't like how the seller sells the tea in his own pouches instead of factory cartons. who knows what has transpired between the two?

I spent 3 weeks in Iquitos, Peru, this past january, and I drank coca tea every day that I was down there. This product is actually superior to anything I was able to find in peru. I have only positive things to say, and I will order this product again and again :)

The tea is extremely fresh, very tasty and crisp compared to the other brands and even better that the Previous McMate Gold ( that was my favorite for over a year ).
Medical uses of coca focus on its stimulant qualities, to overcome common fatigue, hunger, and thirst, Coca Tea is particularly effective against altitude related sickness and headaches ( US Embassy web site in Bolivia recomends coca tea !! ). Concentrated coca drinks and the like have been reported as a treatment for malaria side-effects, asthma and respiratory tract problems, help to improve digestion and to treat ulcers, prevent digestive problems, as an aphrodisiac agent, and credited with improving general health and longevity.
As previously mentioned, coca is also commonly used as a general anaesthetic to alleviate various pain of headaches, muscle aches, arthritis, rheumatism, topical wounds and sores.

I have read a lot of good reviews about coca teas and Bolivia Stores, and finally got the chance to try one of their teas. I have to say that I'm not disappointed. This is a very good tea! When I opened the air-tight bag, a strong aroma of Andes rushed out.
This is one of the more complex teas I have had the pleasure to taste and this deep and rich tea is one I would certainly recommend.

I love this tea, it smells and tastes fresh and I find it very helpful for my asthma and energy levels; even helpful with easing a sore throat!

The tea is great and of high quality. We have purchased many times from this seller with no problems at all. I also have emailed questions to them in the past and have gotten quick response. Definitely recommend.
