Grafco® Snellen Type Plastic Eye Chart
Chart is "5 Star" Seller is "0 Star" Avoid MedexSupply Medical Supplies if you can get what you want from another seller. (Unless you enjoy problems) Their shipping department is idiot world. Customer service is expert in lame excuses. They insist on sending UPS (Experts in delay, loss, damage, wrong delivery, and over price) Shipping costs twice as much and took twice...

Eye Chart - mat size
The eye chart contains all of the appropriate letters, numbers and symbols for checking one's vision, but the size of the chart slipped by me when I made this purchase. I had been looking for a hand-sized eye chart, but this is a (roughly) 1 foot by 2.5 feet poster.

We ordered this for my son, who will be using it for a Science Fair Project. I didn't want to spend a lot of money, so finding this eye chart for less than $9 was a good deal. Expedited shipping added another $8, for a total of less than $17--a very fair price. This eye chart is made of very sturdy, professional quality plastic, a great value overall.

This eye chart is ready to hang on the wall and use as soon as you remove it from the box. Made of sturdy, durable plastic and very professional looking. A great tool in our clinic.

The quality of the lettering and the matte finish of the backgroundmakes this chart better than any I have ever seen in doctor's offices. That said, I'll have to remember to allow myself a one line handicap when I have my eyes tested at the Department of Motor Vehicles. The most impressive aspect of buying this item on line is the way it was shipped. I expected the chart to be rolled into a mailing tube which would make it wavy. Instead, it was packaged in a flat carton and when unpacked, there were no dents, scratches or waves-- like a photograph.

Nothing much to say. Well packaged and delivered timeously, these visual acuity charts are well made and clear. They are for the American market (20/20 is the norm) and are not scaled for the metricated world.
