This review is from: Graham's Evidence Exam Pro® (Paperback)
Since my Evidence class was tested with a multiple-choice exam, and the Multistate has multiple-choice evidence questions, I wanted a good book to practice those types of questions.
The book asks a wide series of questions, divided into sections based on subject matter. There is a large section devoted entirely to hearsay. The questions are clear and well worded, and the answers in the back of the book helpfully explain the logic behind the right answer.
The only issue I had was that our professor disagreed with the book on the topic of implied hearsay. (Is Bob's statement "I am the Queen of England" admissible to show that Bob is insane? Professor (and textbook) said "admissible," while this book, and our other Evidence professor, said "not admissible," because it's being offered for the truth of the matter asserted.) But at least this book was consistent whenever it asked that question.
The book was useful and well layed-out, and it got me an A- on the exam. If I'd have gotten an A, I would have given the book 5 stars.
