I have given a rating of 3 stars because Amazon will not let me give no rating, which is what I would prefer to give.

One of my university's libraries has a copy of this book, which I have examined. The text is in Malayalam, rather than Hindi as Amazon indicates. However, it does have the peculiarity that section titles are in English.
