5.0 out of 5 stars Best of British, July 3, 2007
This review is from: The Grand Organ of the Royal Albert Hall (Audio CD)
This CD is spectacular. It's hard to imagine the conversations that went on in the meeting room with Ms Weir and the producers as they decided what to include. Be it as it may ... it's a very English collection (not surprising) and not in the least dissapointing.

This instrument has been completely renovated and it sounds like it. The sheer number of stops is mind boggling and Ms Weir obviously choose each track to demonstrate its strengths.

It's a CD still on top of my CD player because I simply just love to listen to it. Normally they shuffle off into the library but this one has hung around a while ... if you're undecided, buy it. It's magnificent. Also, Ms Weir's playing is fautless.
