Compiled by Ernie Wendell, Grand-Stories is divided into four parts: "A Smile of Two" presents 38 stories reaffirming that laughter recall is a good medicine; "Faith and Courage" showcases 20 stories of family times of testing and triumph; "Life's Moments" presents 31 stories reflecting events that became family turning points; and "Portraits" with 25 stories of indelible images of memorable grandparents and grandchildren of all ages and backgrounds. Grand-Stories is a wonderful personal reading, and a very highly recommended acquisition for community library "family life" collections.
