GTA2 is a highly addictive and fun to play shoot 'em up action type game. You play a bad guy.. you get to steal cars, buses, blow up stuff. Easy to learn.. plus, there's on screen help. The graphics are real nice (much better than the Playstation version). But, don't get it if you don't like violence and profanity.

If you're still not sure about purchasing, try to find the DEMO on the web.. you get 6minutes of play before the game ends.

This seems more like Grand Theft Auto 2.0. Much of the gameplay is the same and the missions not much different. The graphics have improved and the sound is better but if you have the original then there isn't much point in buying this.

As a stand-alone game it rocks. The radio channels are hilarious as ever and morbid sense of humor will no doubt appeal to most people. This game does not invoke violence in anyone at all so don't worry. When it was first released the slogan was "Study this game." With the word "study" blacked out. I guess this is because there was uproar over the first game. Man, if they thought that this was violent, they would certainly freak big-time over GTA3.

My sister bought Grand Theft Auto 2 (GTA2) a long time ago and I still play it. GTA2 is a game where you can do almost anything. You can jack cars from anyone including the police. The main point of this game is that you have to work for 7 ruthless gangs without getting your hide thrown in jail. The jobs start off easily but then increase each time you work for a gang. The harder the job is the more money you get. But, in order to work for a gang you have to show some respect. There are seven different gangs in the city and each of them hate each other. When you work for one gang then another gang looses respect for you then you gotta kill gang members from the gang that likes you then the gang that hates you will respect you so you can get another job from the gang that likes you. Well, it's kinda tricky at first but once you get the hang of getting respect from another gang it's pretty fun. There are over 100's of jobs and over 100's of cars. You can choose from armored lemos to tanks or even ice cream trucks! Also, this game is free. You can do anything to achieve your goals. You can put a bomb in a car and drive it to a gang's safehouse and blow them sky high! Almost anything you can do. That's why I love this game! If you love being the bad guy sometimes and love a game where you can do anything from getting chased by cops to working for dangerous gangs then get this game!

If you like action, ultra-violence, super-speed and bad language, then this is definetly the game for you. Travel around in a "living metropolis" by foot or by car, and carry out jobs for seven different gangs using an array of weapons among other things. Learn to earn the respect of each gang, and jobs will be offered. But be careful, because in the land of GTA 2, enemies are easily made. Throw in the ability to steal any vehicle in the city (over 120 different vehicles), from firetrucks to ice-cream vans, and you've got one of the best damn games on the PC. Not only is GTA 2 fun, but it also has LOADS of replay value, so you'll never be bored! Don't just sit there! GET IT NOW! A copy has your name on it!

Let me sum this up for ya in 3 Words,FUN AS HELL!This game is very addivcate and very fun (duh).The Graphics are just complety fresh and the gameplay is smooth as a baby's bottom.If your thinking you should buy this,BUY IT you will be not dissapointed.

There over 100+ missions for you do to do,and the depth is incredible by itself,over 200 cars to hijack including a TANK from the amry.Watch Gang Warfare before your eyes as they shoot each other.Great AI makes this a very challenging game.

Agian another Great and Soild Fun game

This a fun game. Your character is a car thief and the object of the game is to complete missions and make money. You'll steal dozens of cars, and fight police, SWAT, special agents, and the army. If you do the right things you'll get respect from the major gangs, who'll give you more missions and even fight the police with you.

This game also doesn't get boring quickly. You can put dozens or even hundreds of hours into it before you get bored. I recommend you buy this game.

This game is very addictive! I got it for my fiance for Christmas and he hasn't left the computer since. It's definatley not a kids game (profanity and violence) but for any adult who likes being a kid sometimes its great! With the cheat codes (search them on the web) you can double the fun and become invincible, blow up tanks, the feds, army etc....Very cool weapons available (electric tazer gun, flame thrower, grenades etc...). Its definatley entertaining, one of the best games I have seen! Doesn't get boring...at least not yet. Worth the $$$.

This game is definately the best one on my shelf. It never gets old. It's one of those games where you don't care if you beat it, it is still fun just roaming around irritating the cops, stealing cars, and running over elvis impersonators (very cool). Definately worth the money, and definately the best game I've seen.

I have played alot of games you name it I have played it, but this is the best game I have ever played in my life. When I first found out about this game at my friends house(it's my friend's favorite game too.) I went nuts!!! At that moment I fell in love and I had to get this game. It is the best game I have ever played. It's so Kool. If your on the fence about getting this game make up your mind and get it !!!!

This is the ultimate game ever, you can join whatever gang you want, you go where you want, there are no boundries and rules. If you just want to mess around and make the cops mad, go right on ahead. This game is the best game yet!
