Grand Theft Auto 2, quite possibly my vote for game of the year. You can pick this bad boy up and screw around all you want. Tired of having to complete objectives? Go jack a tank and blow the town sky high. In GTA 2 you start as a lowly bum who wants to be in the crime buisness. You start with a few minor jobs and the more you complete the more dangerous and more high paying the next job will be. Completeing jobs aint your thing? Go blow up the gangs you been working for and join another, or heck... KILL EM' ALL! Thats the fun in GTA 2, unlimited possibiltys. Pick this game up and you won't stop playing, Guaranteed!

Okay this game isn't as good as GTA 3 so why compare them. GTA 2 is still an awesome game, who doesn't like jackin cars, running from police, doing jobs for gangs...well some people don't like it but hey the rest of us do!! I don't care what people say GTA 2 will always be a great game no matter what. People say the graphics [stank] on the first GTA but did people still buy it?? Yes they did and if you like the first one pick this up for dreamcast, even after playing GTA 3 this game is still fun to play!!

I love this game! You get to run around join gangs,shoot people,and get busted by the cops. I don't like the 2-d but the lighting effects are awsome. Get this game you'll thank me.

Not owning PS2 and not wanting to play it on a computer a got GTA 2. The graphics are not great but the game makes up for it. I don't do the jobs there not as fun as blowing up cars with rocket launcers and other suff.In short great game but if you can't stand 2D graphics don't buy it.Other wise grab it fast.

Buy this game you won`t regret it no you won`t.Theres only one problem I don`t know why they rated it M.I rate it T because I only see and hear vilonce and a couple of bad words.Buy this game okedokey.

I like running from the cops and crashin into innocents and even killing them in the game. But it gets so boring. You do several jobs for some weird organizations and try to complete it to earn lots of money. When you reach 1 million, you goto another level. Trust me if you wanna buy this game dont. Rent it at blockbuster or wherever. Its nice for awhile, but then gets so boring.

First Off, These Controls Are Awkward And Weird, But If You Can Get Good With The Controls Is A Lot Of Fun Recommended To Anyone With A Dreamcast!

if you like old school top down GTA then this game is for you, if you like the 3rd person GTA don't get it. i got it for the nostalgia.

Grand Theft Auto 2 isn't a game for everybody. Some will be turned off by the amounts of violence and profanity but others, like myself, will love it and higly enjoy this game. There are several things to do in this game. You can steal cars, go on killing sprees, beat up people, wire cars with explosives and blow them up in heavily populated areas, and etc. Though the game can get somewhat repititive after a while and the graphics aren't the best and the controls can get a bit annoying at times but overall a very fun game with many things to do.

Without a doubt, this is a very solid port. The graphics are much better, and the game still plays just as well. However, you will notice that it is dated. They have everything that made the PS One version great, but between the unresponsive Dreamcast controls and dated premise, you are better off waiting for GRAND THEFT AUTO 3.
