This collection sums up all the tracks one hopes to find and ads a few. It has broadened my view of Raul Seixas and kept me happy (the strange effect of Rauls often melancholic tunes). The man was a strange creature, and this collection displays his complex character well. He claims to have been born 10.000 years ago, and to be the fly in Your soup, and the song of love, Gita. A fahcinating track like Olho Trem, Se the train coming was a first time for me.

This CD is a compilation of Raul Seixas' greatest hits from 1972 until 1976. His greatest hits are here, even though they aren't the best Raul Seixas' songs, in my opinion. Raul Seixas is, undoubtedly, one of the greatest names in brazilian music, with his wonderful lyrics and melodies. If you don't understand portuguese, you'll miss some of Raul's magic, but it will still be a great CD. Plus, this CD has a great price for an imported CD, don't you think? C'mon, it's your chance to buy this beauty, extend your portuguese vocabulary (if you don't know much) and listen brazilian music at its finest. Raul talks about love, life, and other crazy things that pop up in his mind, but most carefully put into music. Unfortunately, Raul isn't between us anymore, but he still lives within his music. And you'll experience it if you buy this CD.
