While working on a tractor on my fathers farm, he pulled out a new light he got for $5 at a garage sale. I figured "This will be good", little did I know that one of the twin 500 watt halogen lights would be enough, let alone two. The adjustable stand was really nice as well. We were able to position the light so it was not in the way or precariously perched where you could be bumped and knocked over. And we still had more than enough light to work with! I liked it so much I had to buy one myself!

Nothing is perfect in every way. This work light is very bright. The adjustable stand is very nice. I like to put it up high and shine it down on my work. It has saved me many times when I had to finish up a job to avoid going back the next day. So what don't I like about it ? The bulbs burn out too quickly. They say you're not supposed to move them while they are hot. They say don't tilt the bulb to the sides . Even with extremely careful handling they go out after only a few hours. I have spent far more on replacement bulbs than I did for the light.I have several halogen work lights and they all do it. Recently I bought some rough service bulbs for them. I hope they last longer.

Whenever I play basketball with my friends at night, I bring this worklight out. This light allows me and friends to play all night long. It's great!!!

I rated this low because I never got the product. I ordered it and it kept getting delayed. Finally after two months I had enough and cancelled the order. Not likely Amazons fault but beware!
