These went right into the garbage.....they are not contoured to fit into your ear and are over sized so it was like jamming them into my ears and then after a brief time they would fall out.....

I purchased the tangle free retractable headphones. Unfortunately, they only "retracted" a couple of times. The headphones worked for less than a day; I was very disappointed. I didn't contact the vendor because they could not be returned and I didn't think that the vendor would send another pair. Still would like retractable headphones but I will not purchase headphones from this brand again.

I looked a quite a few different eardbuds with retractable capabilities. I went with this one and I am very pleased with them. Sound is good, retracts well. One pull to extend and one pull to retract. The retract mechanism does seem like its going to break but so far it has held up. Good product, no more tangled earbuds.
