After wondering for a long time how some of those dishes my parents prepared in all the festive occasions growing in Istanbul, this book was such a great suprise, because author studied the recepies and thus are very doable and authentic. Since than I prepare the Tishpisti I so much enjoyed as a child, but was too late to ask my father for the recepie. Thanks Viviane...

There were several "Good" rated books available for this soft cover book, for several dollars less than the $15.82 I paid the additional $4 for this book, described as "Very good".
I would not describe the book I received as Very Good. The cover was faded, worn on all edges, and found strange material stuck between 2 pages. It definitely showed signs of wear, and I...
