Grandstream is ok but,
This review is from: Grandstream Enterprise 4 Lines IP Phone (Electronics)
Grandstream phones are ok (we bought one gxp2100) but they don't have sidetone (the sound of your voice in the ear piece) and no mention of sidetone on the Grandstream website, which is worse still. The phone works pretty well although I couldn't find any details on how to get the voicemail button to work or configured!! Account1-Account4 will forever be named as such. The user interface is pretty straight forward but forget using the web interface only 2 of the 3 tabs worked. And when you choose the 3rd tab the interface just crashes or goes off to la-la land. So it's really less functional than say a software client and a headset.

While ugly, the phone works well, especially after upgrading the firmware. The main disadvantages are: large size and ugly looks. One nice feature this phone had before other budget phones: backlit display.
