This book is a wonderful story about preserving family keepsakes and memories. In this story the quilt brought back very special memories of precious times spent with "Grandy" and keeping those memories alive by sharing the quilt in Christmas gifts to other family members. This is a story that everyone can relate to with their own grandparent's keepsakes! It's a short, quick read that parents should read to their children every year to keep those family memories and traditions alive.

Grandy's Quilt is the type of book you'll bring out year after year especially over the Holiday's to remind you of how important friends and family are. Everyone should read this book. Very heartwarming.

As I read Renee Rongen's,"Grandy's Quilt",it brought back memories of my own grandmother and the quilt she made that was passed on to me. It is a sweet story to share with the little ones with its beautiful illustrations and a great book for gift giving.

The book makes the story of Grandy's quilt easy to pass on to the next generation. It is an easy read and a fun story to use each year at the holiday time for the whole family. It is a great family book. The illustrations were wonderful. I enjoyed this book very much!!

This is a wonderful story about a tatered quilt that Grandma made. It is very heart warming to read how someone went thru such great lenghts to try to find a way to restore a old tatered quilt. There was no stopping her. It could very easily become a Christmas classic you will read every year. the story is wonderful as well as the illistrations. I highly recommend it

What an awesome book, It's nice to see that things of the past can still be treasured and remembered through the generations. This book is loved by all ages and brings back memories to everyone that reads it. The perfect gift!!

Renee's story of her grandmothers quilt is a heartwarming story. After reading if you know how much family really means to her and how it can be an important part of your life. "Grandy's Quilt" is a great book for quilter or just for people that love their family and want to be able to share a special memory with each other.

This is an excellent book which touches all ages. It is nicely written and captures meaningful experiences which children have with their grandparents and will eventually share with their own children. It is a "hand-me-down type of book with beautiful illustrations. Ms Rongan clearly writes from the heart and communicates her feelings beautifully!

I enjoyed this book because it focuses on the importance of family and relationships. It also makes us realize that we sometimes find connections with people when we least expect it. I like how it demonstrates perseverance. If you put your mind on something you can usually accomplish it - even if it seems impossible at times. I would highly recommend this book to anyone.
