I used this covered pan immediately for baking scalloped potatoes. They turned out perfect and did not burn on the bottom. I have since used it for baking beans, making soup on the stovetop. And for making jam. In all cases, nothing stuck or burned and cleanup is very easy. A wonderful non reactive non-stick all purpose pan. I received delivery within several days from Amazon. Very good service.
