I ordered this pan, thinking it'd be perfect for melting chocolate, but this pan can't be used on glass or ceramic stovetops. Just be aware of that limitation before you order!

I use this for chocolate primarily..it works very well...I have used it quite a few times over the holiday season and haven't burned chocolate yet!!!!

This is great! It was perfect for dipping cherries. Anything bigger would not have worked as well. It reminds of the roaster my mom used to have. It is the same material. I am sure to have years of use from this.
