I really liked this recipe book. Some of the recipes were a bit heavy on the sugar or sweetner, and calories are always an issue with granola, but the flavors of every recipe I tried was great!
I would recommend this to not only hikers or exercisers, but for people who like something to munch on while at work in front of the computer, or televison.
