The Grant Instruments R4L stainless-steel, low-temperature refrigerated circulating bath has a variable temperature range, a capacity of 20L, and high-temperature protection. This circulating bath has a temperature range of -30 to +100 degrees C for circulation, cooling, and heat removal applications. It is for use with the Grant Optima thermostat unit (sold separately). The 20L stainless-steel reservoir has a drain for ease of emptying. It has a high-temperature cutoff set point at 100 degrees C for safety. A low-temperature switch helps prevent water from freezing. The unit comes with a reservoir lid, a power cord, communications cable, and instructions. This refrigerated circulating bath is suitable for use in procedures that require heat removal or cooling such as spectrophotometry, viscometry, refractrometry, and electrophoresis.
