In the description line on Amazon its says its published by the Government IT IS NOT. In fact, there is a disclaimer on the BACK of the CD-ROM (no, no book either) that says IT IS NOT a Government publication. I sent my copy back. by U.S. Government (Author) Is A LIE! This is an entry level guide for home users, and not at all what is advertised.
