Hello...I am John, a member of The Grapes of Wrath, and I'm here to clear up the confusion: Our band from Phoenix, Arizona predated Kevin's band by almost 30 years, and is not the Canadian band of the same name. The American Grapes have been active (and still are) in the studio and with live shows since 1965. The Canadian Grapes WERE indeed a GREAT band, but we were first :) (Note to Kevin: Best of luck on your new projects!)Thank you to all who purchased our CD and enjoyed it. This group displays qualities of harmony, poetry and originality that should have been recognized long ago. What's the story? Are any of them still playing? Why haven't we heard more from them. The development of their style over the years would have been intriguing listening, maybe it is. Can this be explored?
