I find that the pen is a little chunky which makes it a little harder to handle. It's slim, thinner than a 1 subject notebook and could easily fit in a carry bag, conveniently small. It looks and works like all the other tablets I've seen and tried out.
Still, I urge the professionals or those looking for better quality to look at Wacom or other brand names, however this tablet would be perfect for fun, trial (for those not wanting to spend $$ for something they're not sure how to use).

I bought this to do some quick art and get in some practice before I really invest in a brand name that costs more. Fits the job description, does the tasks a tablet should do.

I bought this digital tablet because it was the cheapest on Amazon and I needed something for simple tasks. The usability of this product blew me away. It is very small, which is great for me, since I have a tiny computer desk. There is a grid and many useful "hot cells," which are areas on the tablet that function as programmable buttons.

The feel of the pen and pressure on the pad is just right. Honestly, I have used several much more expensive Wacom "Bamboo" tablets and I prefer this one. I've been using the Digipro WP4030 with the GNU Image Manipulation Program (GIMP) with good results.

Some of the negative reviews seem to come from the fact that DigiPro is a no-name company without a website and no online source for drivers or software, in case you lose the disc. This is true, but... these are the SAME TABLETS THAT ARE MADE BY UC-LOGIC. UC-Logic has a nice website with drivers, manuals, etc. It took me about 5 minutes to figure this out. Just google UC-Logic if you want to download the drivers, software, manual, etc.

There is one problem with this device, but it is pretty annoying. The two buttons on the pen can only be programmed as mouse button clicks using the tablet software. That means you can't have one button erase and one draw, for example. Switching between functions requires pressing the hot cells, which are completely programmable. It's not a huge deal, but the lack of this feature is an inexplicable omission.

Otherwise, this tablet is excellent and I highly recommend it, not just as a cheapo option but as a legitimate alternative to similar products.

By the way, I have only had this tablet for about 6 weeks, though I have used it almost every day. Therefore, I can't vouch for how it will fare long-term.

It's not a bad table for the price; however, it's definitely not an ideal one for anything extensive.

The tablet and pen are both very finicky, leaving it hard to do anything really extensive or detailed. When working on a single sketch, I'd often have to stop and start it up again because the tablet would decide to start acting up or not respond. Writing with it was a pain as well, even with handwriting recognition software.

All in all, it wasn't too bad up until I lost the pen, which now renders it as a paperweight because getting a new pen for such a tablet seems illogical entirely. If you want a cheap tablet to do basic stuff with, this'll tide you over until you can get something good. If you're meaning to do anything real, wait until you can afford a better one.
