Enjoy 20# a month each of the 6 months of our Spring/Summer CSA season! Each month you will receive 20# of our 100% Grass fed Heritage Breed Hereford and Galloway beef. The selection will include steaks, stew, sausage, small roasts, our lean ground beef and patties. Each month the selection will change giving you the chance to decide when and where you would like to enjoy each cut of perfectly dry-aged hand trimmed meat.
