If any of you ladies or gents are teachers, then you would absolutely understand why this product would be helpful. There would be days where I loved my students and then there were days where I needed to come home and lay on the couch with a glass of wine in hand. :) I wanted to find a product where I can reflect only on the positives at the end of each day instead of dwelling on what might not have gone right. The Gratitude Journal was exactly what I was looking for!! The book asks you to reflect and write down three positive moments from your day. There are also reflection quotes and other exercises at the bottom of every other page. It is a smaller sized book- perfect for stashing in a desk drawer or a teacher bag (in my case). I would highly recommend this journal for anyone looking to change his or her outlook on life. :) Let's face it, no day is ever that bad!

You don't need to write in it everyday and it gives you some area to write what ever you want. Other pages it will guide you to think of things to be grateful for. I just love this book so much.

I journal a lot and noticed that most of my journal entries are either complaints or rants about something that is wrong for me. I decided to concentrate my entries on gratitude and change my thinking from negative to positive. I journal each night what I am thankful for and it's usually from things like my hubby bringing me flowers just because to noticing how beautiful the tree in our yard is looking or how the leaves are falling and changing colors. this little journal has forced me to see the beauty in everyday things and has helped me to think more positively. I think I'm a better person because of it. sounds silly but it's true.

Remembering to be grateful each day, no matter the circumstance, has proven to be one of the single best methods of insuring a smile, a peaceful heart and a sense of satisfaction with life.

I appreciate the journal for making it simple to record those little things that sometimes get overlooked but truly are the substance of our lives.

Gave this as a Christmas gift along with the book 1,000 Gifts. Both are excellent at building those gratitude muscles. Helps take a good idea (gratitude) and put skin on it!
