5.0 out of 5 stars What a great reflection tool! August 23, 2010
Format:Diary|Amazon Verified Purchase
If any of you ladies or gents are teachers, then you would absolutely understand why this product would be helpful. There would be days where I loved my students and then there were days where I needed to come home and lay on the couch with a glass of wine in hand. :) I wanted to find a product where I can reflect only on the positives at the end of each day instead of dwelling on what might not have gone right. The Gratitude Journal was exactly what I was looking for!! The book asks you to reflect and write down three positive moments from your day. There are also reflection quotes and other exercises at the bottom of every other page. It is a smaller sized book- perfect for stashing in a desk drawer or a teacher bag (in my case). I would highly recommend this journal for anyone looking to change his or her outlook on life. :) Let's face it, no day is ever that bad!

5.0 out of 5 stars I love it! December 16, 2009
Format:Diary
You don't need to write in it everyday and it gives you some area to write what ever you want. Other pages it will guide you to think of things to be grateful for. I just love this book so much.

4.0 out of 5 stars Nice journal.
Saw these books in a high end gift shop in Atlanta area a few weeks back. My wife and I are working on gratitude as part of dealing with teenagers! Was much higher priced in store.

For the price, this is a great journal. It has just the right amount of prompts/quotes and empty space. Great way to start the new year!
