Gravitation TV Tracks,
By Otaku Hoshi (Scottsdale, AZ USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Gravitation: TV Tracks (Audio CD)
This Gravitation CD contains the background music from the TV series. It has the tracks that do not play very often in it, but they are still very good. It has four vocal songs (The opening theme "Super Drive", the ending theme "Glaring Dream", Nittle Grasper's "Sleepless Beauty", and Bad Luck's "Rage Beat").The rest are either different, wordless versions of those four songs or just some background music ^_^ In case you have seen the TV series, one of these tracks, "Hypnotic Distortion", which played in episode 8 when Tohma pushed Aizawa into the road, is on this CD. This particular song is filled with feelings (its actually kinda scary ^_^). I love this song. I reccomend this CD to any Gravitation fan or any anime fan that likes music ^_^ Gravitation's music is the best I have heard in anime, and anime music is WONDERFUL.

Best Overall Gravitation CD,
By LauraRose (Boulder, CO USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Gravitation: TV Tracks (Audio CD)
This CD showcases a diverse mix of music from the Gravitation tv series. About a third of the tracks have vocals, and the rest are beautiful instrumental remixes and background music. The diversity of musical styles contributes to the strength of this album: ALL the tracks are unique and fun to listen to! Unlike the other Gravitation soundtracks, Gravitation:TV Tracks is not limited to just Bad Luck's music. Ryuichi's "Sleepless Beauty" makes an appearance, as does the show's fun instrumental background music that usually gets little attention. Then there are well-known tracks like Shuichi's upbeat "Super Drive," which comes with three *gorgeous* and diverse instrumental versions. Between this CD and the (also excellent) Gravitation: Bad Luck Shuichi Shindo Vocal Collection, you will get almost every song from the tv series. I highly recommend the Gravitation: TV Tracks CD to anyone looking for a good anime CD, and as the best among the Gravitation soundtracks.

The best anime music I ever heard...,
By Maya (Honolulu, HI USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Gravitation: TV Tracks (Audio CD)
I'll admit that when I first heard about Gravi, I wasn't exactly all that interested. I wasn't too big a fan of shonen-ai at that time, you see. However, one day, I was just browsing an anime music download site and I saw a promotional clip of one of the Gravi songs, "Glaring Dream" (which is supposed to be the ending theme in the TV series). Anyway, when I heard it, it practically blew me away! Not literally I guess, but if your looking for a sample of what good japanese music is, then look no further. This is it.

Full selection,

This CD is the best collection of the series music I have come across so far. It includes most of the vocal, but is the only one to also include the instrumental tracks as well. Very good all around collection.

as the other Gravitation cd that i bought awhile ago. With 19 tracks to choose from it isnt hard to see that this one has much to offer as well. Some of favs being:
track 8: Glaring Dream tracks 17, 18, 19: Zoom Mix, The Last Element Mix track 7: Glaring Dream (A Light in the Black Mix) track 6: Glaring Dream (Secret Dream Air Mix) I could pretty much list the whole cd. But i'll just say that if you are into this series at all. You need to get either of the Soundtracks to the accompanying anime series. You'll like it from the get go no bones about it. |
