Another reviewer sees fit to condemn this book as illustrated fantasy, but since the book cites numerous published physics articles in detail, I suspect that the critic has not bothered to read it. Probably he is merely complaining about the dearth of equations, as if that's the only criterion for deciding whether a given book is scientific or not (without conceding that he's expressing simple prejudice against the notion that a "UFO" could be real).

But as Potter points out, reliance on equations which describe linear thrust could be what is tying the hands and blinkering the vision of scientists, and thus tending to inhibit them from thinking about other ways that propulsion could be achieved (and apparently has been achieved, though possibly not yet by earthbound humans). The new concept here is using reverse-gravity fields to PULL the craft forward (as if falling into a gravity well in front of it) instead of to PUSH it from behind using chemical fuels, such as in a traditional rocket.

It's because the curving lines of magnetic force are more difficult to describe with equations, the author explains, that illustrations are used instead. And many of these showing spiralling lines of force are well crafted and elegant; some are even in colour. These drawings should be worth not just a thousand words, but also equivalent to a goodly number of obscure mathematical expressions that don't communicate anything to an intelligent "lay" reader whose eyes glaze over when confronted with the gobbledegook known as calculus. Books which rely on equations to "prove" a scientific point thus exclude general readers, and address only those who can use the same jargon.

As an author myself, and a person with great interest in UFOs, Ant-Gravity, Nikola Tesla, and advanced science and propulsion systems, this is my favorite book! Paul Potter is a genius, in my opinion, and this is one of the most important books to be published in the last 20 years or so in the field of UFO propulsion, anti-gravity, plasma-gyro-craft and the way these craft operate. We could build this craft right now, and though Paul Potter does not include this part in the book-- they are being built right now by our own government. This technology is many years old and goes back to Nikola Tesla, Viktor Schauberger and the early plasma-vortex field researchers. Once again, I want to say: "This is my favorite book" and it is one that I give away to my friends more than any other book.Prodigal Genius: The Life of Nikola Tesla

Paul Potter is amazing. To read this information that he has obtained about gravity manipulated ET crafts largely from reading Ray Fowler's accounts of Betty Andreasson and her family's encounters with ETs is amazing. What a read. He has a great realization of how to Interpret what see reported viewing and then incorporating it with his understanding of propulsion dynamics. This is intense, yet he helps the novice understand this information with ease. Wonderful publication if you are interested in really learning how this technology works and can be applied to our daily living on this planet in this day and age.

My formal undergraduate engineering education was mostly in the 60s but I have been reviewing physics, astronomy, propulsion, particle physics and UFOs during the last year or two through online courses and articles as well as numerous texts and am very interested in UFO propulsion since I am convinced that we have recovered some so I am finding this book very, very interesting! It is quite technical so may not be for the average reader but if you have some background or an interest in the area I would highly recommend it! It is well written, well organized and very well referenced, with lots of good illustrations.

I was actually amazed to find such a book with a 2008 copyright since I didn't think there was this much unclassified information available that long ago on Domed Craft propulsion as Mr. Potter calls it. Great work Paul!

I should maybe add that I read and studied Dr. Beardon's "Energy from the Vacuum" about a decade ago so his work and these studies helped prepare me for Paul Potters book also.

It has to be said that I have had in my life a very great interest in UFO's and so I purchased paul potter's book.
He purports to be able to describe the dynamics of the propulsion of a UFO.
You might think this very good, well at least it sounds good.
He misses so much that would lend to this being comprehensive that one is left feeling rather let down to say the least. No explanation how the 'void/vortex/etc' works .
No idea as to why you need element 115 as fuel - as any other metal would give off anti-protons if bombarded with protons just the same - so why the super-heavy P block?
However, before I sound like I loathe or completely disregard the book, it contains some fascinating conjecture and some perfectly well researched fact to boot.
well written, he carries the meaning over and over again of what might be the effective systematic s of UFO propulsion and lets face it if he knew how they work he would be getting richer of the back of a space program by now wouldn't he?
