Flipron Calling!, February 22, 2009

I just recently discovered Flipron and this is the first CD i've bought by them. It's fantastic. How on earth can you describe their sound? They are totally original, very unique. Some of the music and lyrics on 'Gravity Calling' remind me of Robyn Hitchcock and the Egyptians, the Beatles, Pink Floyd, and psychedelic 60's pop mixed with sort of old time British music hall. If any of that sounds interesting to you, or you just like really good eccentric, quirky music, you should check out this CD.
