Item received not as pictured . . .,

The items I received (I ordered two of these) are not like the one pictured -- I was replacing one just like the one pictured. Too much trouble to return, so I decided to keep them, however, the ones I received don't hold the ironing board as flush to the wall as the one I had before (i.e. the one pictured!) The ones I received had a hangtag tied onto them with a bar code with the last 3 digits "444", however this hangtag looked to be something that perhaps the store personnel would have attached rather than the manufacturer, so I don't actually know if I received the correct model number. Would have preferred the one pictured!

this did exactly what i needed it to do and that was only hold the iron because I have a board that goes on the back of a door. I then wrap the iron cord around the holders for the board. it works great especially for the price and prime shipping.
