And when he finally emerges from his porcelain library, his mind crammed with facts and ideas - fully flushed with literacy, if you will - he'll immediately want to impress you with his newfound knowledge of books, of people, of business, of the world. . . . Yes, believe it or not, he may actually sit down and talk to you!
Once again `The Great American Bathroom Book, Volume 1' has come to the rescue. Think all literary tomes have to be stuffy and longwinded? Despite the preachings of your snobbish, ivory-tower intellect brother-in-law, you aren't required before you die to perform a cover-to-cover study of every drawn-out text the world has produced. In this day and age, who has the time and patience - or ideal setting, for that matter - to do so?
With its array of non-stuffy, non-longwinded literary distillations, your man can dip in and out of this book at a whim, picking up easily-absorbed book-learning and snippets of knowledge without feeling as if he's drowning in information. And, over time, as the transformation takes full effect, GABB may even find its way into your bedroom (not a bad thing at all!) or be smuggled into his workplace to crack open during breaks. Within mere months, these condensed, crash-course, water-cooler renderings could even earn him the title of designated office genius.
Sitters and thinkers will be impressed by the edition's smart-looking softcover wrapped around a whopping 608 literacy-filled pages; combined, the book exudes a timeless, classic elegance. "Read this, honey . . ." For the person who has it all but doesn't (yet) know it all, it's a classical education at a fraction of the cost and time. 'The Great American Bathroom Book Volume 1' is transforming the world - one husband at a time.
Six hundred pages of comprehensive two-page book summaries, topical overviews, and vital information. A crash course in fine literature, an entire library of condensed material. Biographies featuring history's most influential leaders, geniuses, scientists, healers, artists, and inventors. Distillations of the world's greatest classic and modern works: 'To Kill a Mockingbird' 'The Merchant of Venice', 'Lord of the Flies,' 'The Joy Luck Club', 'Jane Eyre', 'Death of a Salesman,'........Sections of 'Trivia to Learn by' (Science, Literature,, Music, Sports...)and 'Quotes and Anecdotes' that challenge and inspire. A valuable blend of books and commentary spotlighting business and leadership, health and fitness, communcations and relationships. The only question is-Will you have time to read it ALL in the Bathroom?

Horrible shipping procedure, great product,
This review is from: The Great American Bathroom Book, Volume 1 (Paperback)
I shipped through Amazon which was a HUGE mistake, ending up with a delay in shipping and my Father's birthday present arriving over a week and a half late. However, he enjoyed the gift once he received it.
