I ordered this book after listening to the soundtrack a million times. I am a producer and director for the stage and made the decesion to bring this to the audiences the moment I read it. Delicious comedy and music. We had a three week run with nightly sell outs and very satisfied patrons. Standing ovations became a regular nightly ritual. Don't miss the witty dialogue and touching songs of this musical. A must see and read for anyone looking for some "white trashin', cat scratching, chair crashing and a hell of a whole lot more." If this show is produced in your area, don't miss it. "It's not my fault that cock smokin', cheese sucking, dick in a bag doesn't know a lady when he sees one."

The Great American Trailer Park Musical is probably the most enjoyable show I've seen in years, and yes, I'm an ardent theater-goer. The book is well-written; very funny, very clever - I own a copy but bought another for a family member, since she wanted it autographed by the author. The show is playing regionally, so if you get a chance to see it, grab it!
