About the Author

Brian Turner honed his culinary skills at several of London's top hotels and restaurants before opening his own restaurant, Turner's, in 1986. He is a regular on television programs such as Ready Steady Cook, Saturday Cooks, and Saturday Kitchen. In 2003 he launched a London restaurant, Brian Turner Mayfair, which champions British food. He was awarded the CBE in 2002 for his services to tourism and training in the catering industry.
