I ended up watching this series out of order, but I found this to be an entertaining set of episodes. Good action, good comedy moments, and well fleshed out characters. One thing this series has going for it is that the joining sequences for the mecha are short, and only a short catchphrase to go with it, which sounds more like a short warning to the other two pilots. Good mecha action, and Dangaioh's weapons are not too powerful.It's too bad that this is such a short series. I would like to see more of these characters.
