GREAT DISHES FROM SPAIN makes the perfect introduction to Spanish cooking, from an easy step-by-step review of how authentic paella should be prepared to making an unusual Farm-Style Fried Bread Crumbs or using blood sausage in a Lentil Pot. Add color photos throughout and you have a Spanish cookbook much more accessible to newcomers than most.
