More About the Author
M. Charlotte Wolf was born and raised in Germany, and has lived in the United States for almost twenty years. Her studies in those countries have resulted in a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies (Literature, Women's Studies, Instructional Technology), an M.A. in German, and various licenses and certificates in the field of education. She also completed course work in American/English Studies, Linguistics, and Philosophy. Charlotte's professional experience includes public school administration, teaching, and coaching. In addition, she has worked as a freelance translator and editor for twenty-five years. In her free time she likes writing poetry, cooking, practicing yoga and meditation, watching movies (foreign, film noir, sci-fi), hiking with her family, philosophizing, and reading sci-fi and mysteries in English and German.
At present, Charlotte is researching a number of future translation and writing projects, including a biography about the life of her father, a German architect and designer who came of age during the turbulent and dark time of the 1930's and 40's in Germany as well as a collection of early German sci-fi narratives.
