When I bought this book I thought I would learn more about the actual technique of NRT but it was just describing how it works.

As a Doctor, I searched for ten years trying to find a way to identify the cause of people's illness and how to fix it. I knew nutrition was the fundamental way to go but the details in research are contradictory and not always applicable for the patient in front of me. The big studies don't help with application. Lab work frequently does not point to the cause.

Then I found Nutrition Response Testing. It finds the cause and provides a detailed, individualized nutrition program specifically for your body. Since then, the improvement in my patients' health has been fantastic! Paul does a great job introducing you to it. The book has many successful applications of it in people's real lives. It goes over some of the pioneers in natural medicine like Dr. Lee and Dr. Pottenger. It's an easy book to read. It's the future of healthcare.

I have been suffering with fatigue, brain fog and chronic digestive problems for years. I sought help in medicine and subsequently alternative therapies including homeopathy, acupuncture, chiropractic, herbal medicine and diet changes. I have followed what I thought were the right diets and taken a host of supplements. This book opened the door to a method of nutritional testing that, quite frankly, seemed 'out there'. Boy, was I delightfully surprised with how easy and painless the evaluation went. AND within two weeks, I felt better than I had in almost 12 years. 'Out there or not' I recommend to everyone to drop your pre-concieved ideas, read this book and then get evaluated.

After years of surgeries (10 in past 14 years), drugs and misguided nutritional advice, I discovered Nutritional Response Testing. What a breakthrough that has been in my life. I'm off all my pain/sleep meds, allergy meds, etc., and feel better than I have for years. Paul Rosen's book gives indepth insight into the methodology of Nutritional Response Testing and the testimonials share the results patients have received from this great technology. We are all individuals - shouldn't our treatment be individual as well? Don't wait - Buy the book and get on track to regain your health.

On page 199, this book suggests to, "start questioning your assumptions." I was interested in reading this book because of someone who claims nutritional response testing did wonders for her health. However, this book turned me against it. This book was to would explain nutritional response testing, but instead of explaining how it worked using objective studies based on the scientific method that we expect from any medical treatment, it relied on subjective experiences instead. The book basically repeated the following pattern in the chapters. The chapters were very similar to one another except for whichever disorder was being discussed.

1. Chapters usually begin by reminding the reader how "You have been lied to and stolen from." This reminded me of a pyramid scheme someone once tried to talk me into joining. It makes the reader angry at the injustice they have suffered being the victim of lies and theft. It opens the chapters convincing the reader that they have been personally hurt by what they have been told from trusted sources such as school, parents, and doctors.

2. Then they state some basic medical facts that could be lessons found in any high school anatomy class, or articles in the health section of popular websites or magazines. These facts present such things as what percentage of the population suffers from the disorder that the chapter is about.
The problem is that the book does not link the disorder to why nutritional response testing is a unique and effective way to treat it. Instead, the author attempts to provide this link through personal accounts.

3. Then, these stories usually say that they suffered from a disorder and they were unable to treat it successfully until they found nutritional response testing.

I am familiar with Nutrition Response Testing and I know for a fact that it works. Paul Rosen's book, THE GREAT HEALTH HEIST gets to the heart of the matter in answering some hard questions we all have had regarding health care and, how to get ourselves well when doctors and specialists seem to be intent on keeping us sick -- it isn't because doctors are bad people, it is because they themselves do not have the answers, and although they are trying the best with what they know, the majority of doctors just DO NOT KNOW how to get their patients back on track to good health. THE GREAT HEALTH HEIST has answers to help you understand what you need to do for yourself to get back the health you deserve.
Reading this book is a good start towards regaining your health.

Chalk up another one for the voices against BIG PHARMA, the AMA, and the FDA, and the strangle hold they have on American healthcare. Here is a cry in the wilderness that says we can find releif from our ills without poisins, and chopping away at your anatomy. Some of the afore mentioned entities do not want this information to become general knowledge. So I hope at least we will give this book a fair review, read and analyze the content. Ask questions, and research for yourself.

Read this book and find for your self the ins and outs of how you may find health freedom. But beware, the powers-that-be are looking for ways to put an end to this knowledge. Believe it or not there are cures out there, natural cures.

This is an eye opening and informative read, and please pass it on to your loved ones.
