Great For the devout Chileheads,
By A Customer
This review is from: The Great Hot Sauce Book (Paperback)
I love the book mainly for the descriptions of the many hot sauces listed, as well as a look at the actual bottles. As a collector, it has helped me save a bit of time looking around the shelves for some of the sauces. The only drawback to this book is that while there is a listing of some of the hot sauce catalogs, there is little information on actually contacting the manufacturers. After scouring several catalogs I still can't find a some of the sauces in the book. Overall, I'd heartily recommend it to other hotheads and fans of the fire.

Not what I expected,

This review is from: The Great Hot Sauce Book (Paperback)
All this book is, is a list of hot sauces (and some pictures of hot sauce bottles)from around the world. It's great for a reference book. Would be great for someone who collects hot sauces or something. I was looking for ideas on hot sauce and information on how it's made, different ingredients. This did not help.
