5.0 out of 5 stars marvellous marches, January 30, 2000
just a short review - this is great fun and great value. Orchestral arrangements of marches give a wonderful opportunity of adding different colours to lively tunes, which is what happens here. The Boult marches are the best - very exuberant indeed. 'Gaudalcanal', a wonderful march, has you on your feet almost cheering. It's actually a terrific CD.
