We bought this for our daughter's circus party of 50 people. Stylistic it's themed perfect. It seems to be decently made. To achieve the perfect popcorn we used coconut oil, flavacal and popcorn. These three ingredients give you that theater popcorn taste, look and flavor!
Unless you have a rec room or something of that nature it's probably going to be something that you will pull out every once in a while. The footprint of it isn't huge, but it isn't small either.
We love nostalgia. We love popcorn. It worked great for us, but we weren't expecting a commercial machine either.

This popper is great. Good size for countertop and looks good. The 6 oz is a good size for 4 people. Fantastic popcorn.

This is a very nice popcorn popper for the price. At 6 oz, you get a decent amount of popcorn per pop but it is difficult to get it all to pop and all to come out of the popper. I think if the lid over the pot were the butterfly type that more popcorn would push up and through the lid, but with the flat lid, it takes a while for the popcorn to pile high enough to push its way out. This is nice for the money, yes...is it a commercial popper, no. I have used this many time for functions with about 30-75 kids and it keeps up ok if you keep with the popping and emptying. I think our church may invest in a larger popper and this become an at home use one. Not bad though, not bad at all.
