The GPRx series are pretty repetitive. You've read one you've read them all. There are some differences, but really not that many. It's a good read though if you've not read 3 or 4 others. Then you'll probably just scan most of the book since it's almost word for word the others.

Not to say it's not good info, on the contrary, it's a great system. Much easier than the Maker's Diet - though I've done and thrived on that. This is more subtle, kinda sneaks the healthy way on you instead of cold turkey. For faster results, Maker's Diet. For smaller changes slowly, go for the GPRx system. Just try it, they're both great!

I appreciated most of the information and felt it would be easy to incorporate into daily life. The advanced hygiene recommendations would take a serious commitment on someone's part to follow daily.
