There is not much to say about this balancer other than it does an outstanding job balancing the cells on Lipos, It needs a Lipo charger, this is only a balancer, it can work on it's by itself, it will slowly discharge cells up to the point were all cells have the same voltage.
What amazes me about this product is the accuracy, on my 3 cell lipos the difference is in the range of 0.01, for example:
cell 1 -> 4.20
cell 2 -> 4.21
cell 3 -> 4.20
Tested with an industrial Fluke voltmeter.
I haven't seen such accuracy in any of the lipo chargers I have home, including the very expensive Venom Pro Charger.
Usually I first charge and balance with the Venom and then I re-balance and correct the difference between cells using the Equinox.
This item worth every single penny, it's simply amazing.

A very accurate balancer that I use in-line with my DuraTrax Onyx 230 charger. This balancer does require a separate adapter kit to allow it to charge at its maximum 6A rate (part GPMM 3163), an add-on that is 2/3rds the price of the balancer itself, otherwise 3A with whats supplied in the box. It is very accurate however, as confirmed by another balancer/gauge I have, within 0.01V, as the other reviewer noted.
